So....here it is.
In my eyes, this isn't done. I hung it up on the wall behind me and I'm just going to keep on adding to it. I'm always going to see little things I can do to improve it, and I'll never truly be happy with it! I realized that, which is why I turned it in.
Working on it has been an awesome experience :)

I think that this looks great. You did an amazing job on the shading. I like the soldiers the best, they look really detailed. You can tell you spent a lot of time on this.
ReplyDeleteThis is really great! You did a great job with shading and making everything look just like the real picture! Awesome job :)
ReplyDeleteYou can tell you put a lot of time and work into this. It looks amazing! It's a very interesting image on its own, but I think the smudging of the shades makes it look even more interesting. Great job!
ReplyDeleteI always like to see what you come up with, you are a true artist and I really love this picture!!Hope you are still in art next semester, because I would love to see what you can come up with next.Great job!!
ReplyDeleteWow! I really like the shading, detail, perspective...ah, what am I saying? I love this whole picture! I love the way how it is painted and how the brush strokes compliment the picture instead of looking like a whole bunch of random strokes. Great job!
ReplyDeleteI love how you only used the color black to create the whole image! It shows how shading can really make a picture. The soldiers are what I like best in this picture.
ReplyDeleteFrances this is so incredible! The shading is perfect and I love the flower or whatever it is. Great job!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Maddi :)
DeleteThis is amazing! I love how you convey so much emotion through the brush strokes and fade work. Good job :)
ReplyDeleteWhy thank you!
DeleteWow, you're amazing Frances! You're so talented! I am terrible with drawing people, so I'm extremely jealous of you! My favorite part is the soldiers -- the detail is incredible. The shading just adds to the mood, and its all so.... fitting. Great job!
ReplyDeleteIt was just luck haha! I'm not good at drawing people either, but thank you, Rachel! :)
